Yes. We build your store first and share a private preview link. You only pay once the store is finished and you're 100% happy with it.
02What if I don't like the result?
You have unlimited changes for 7 days after delivery. If, after that, you're still not satisfied, you don't pay anything and we part as friends.
03How long does it take?
3 days, weekends included. The 3 days start as soon as we receive your project brief, your logo and your product information.
04Who owns the store?
You do. We build it in our Shopify Partner workspace, and once you've paid we transfer full ownership to your own account, with all products, pages and settings.
05What does free lifetime support include?
Help using your store, fixing anything that isn't working, and small edits such as texts, images or menus, for as long as your store is online. A new design or new custom sections are quoted separately.
06Are there any other costs?
Our price covers the design and build. Your Shopify subscription, your domain name and any paid apps you choose are paid directly by you. For the theme: Starter uses a free theme; on Growth we pay 25% of your paid theme and on Premium we pay 50%, deducted from your invoice. The theme is bought on your own store so the licence is yours.
07Do you work with any type of product?
Yes. We build stores for every niche: fashion, watches, jewellery, beauty, home, electronics and more. We only refuse projects selling counterfeit or illegal products.
08What do I need to send you?
Your logo (or just your brand name), your products with photos, prices and descriptions, and a few stores you like. Our project brief guides you step by step.
