These terms apply to every Shopify store design and development project carried out by Shopora Studio, a trading name of AYRENIX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16672827), with its registered office at Dephna House, 7 Coronation Road, London NW10 7PQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), for a client ("you"). By sending us a project brief or asking us to start your store, you accept these terms.
1. Our service
We design and build Shopify stores according to the package you choose (Starter, Growth or Premium) and the information you give us in your project brief. The exact content of each package is described on our pricing section. Projects outside these packages are described in a written quote.
2. No upfront payment on our packages
For our Starter, Growth and Premium packages, we do not ask for any deposit. We build your store first, then share a private preview link. You pay the agreed price only after delivery, once you are fully satisfied with the result. Custom projects outside our packages follow the price, deposit and payment schedule set out in the written quote you accept before we start.
3. Delivery time
Package stores are delivered within 3 days, weekends included. The 3 days start once we have received your completed project brief, your logo (or brand name) and your product information (photos, prices and descriptions). Delays in sending this content move the delivery date accordingly. Custom projects follow the timeline in their quote.
4. Review and changes
After delivery you have 7 days of unlimited changes within the scope of your package: texts, images, colours, layout of the sections included, menus and product details. New pages, new features or a new design outside the package are quoted separately before any work begins.
5. If you are not satisfied
If, after the review period, you are not satisfied with your package store, you do not pay anything. In that case the store remains in our workspace and is not transferred to you.
6. Payment
Payment is due once you approve your store. The accepted payment methods are confirmed with you before delivery. Package prices are one-time prices in US dollars. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Ownership and transfer
Your store is built in our Shopify Partner workspace. After payment, we transfer full ownership of the store to your own Shopify account, including products, pages, settings and theme customisations. From that moment the store, its content and its data belong to you.
8. Theme and other costs
You choose your theme and we recommend the best fit for your products. The Starter package uses a free Shopify theme; if you prefer a paid theme, its licence is at your cost. On the Growth package we pay 25% of the price of your paid theme, and on the Premium package we pay 50%. The theme licence is always purchased on your own store so that it belongs to you, and our share is deducted from your invoice.
Our price does not include the following, which are paid directly by you to the relevant providers: your Shopify subscription, your domain name, any paid apps you choose to install and any advertising budget. We always tell you before recommending anything paid.
9. Free lifetime support
After handover, we provide free support for as long as your store is online: help using your store, fixing anything we built that stops working, and small edits (texts, images, menus). A new design, new custom sections or major new features are quoted separately. Support is provided on WhatsApp and by email during our working hours.
10. Your content and responsibilities
You confirm that you own or have the right to use every logo, image, text and product you send us. You are responsible for your products, your prices, your legal notices and your compliance with the laws of the countries where you sell.
11. Projects we refuse
We do not build stores that sell counterfeit products, copies of registered brands, illegal products or content that infringes the rights of others. We may stop a project at any time if we discover it falls into one of these categories.
12. Portfolio and concept stores
We may show your store in our portfolio only with your permission. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Our portfolio also includes concept stores: demo stores we build to show our packages, clearly labelled as concept stores, which do not sell products.
13. Confidentiality
We keep the information, files and access you share with us confidential and use them only for your project. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Liability
We build your store with care, but we cannot guarantee any level of sales. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published on the day you sent your project brief.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
