Shopora Studio (a trading name of AYRENIX LTD, company number 16672827) designs and builds Shopify stores. Because of the way we work, most clients never need a refund: for our Starter, Growth and Premium packages, you pay nothing before your store is finished and you have approved it. This policy explains what happens in each situation.
1. Packages (Starter, Growth and Premium)
- No upfront payment. We build your store first and share a private preview link.
- 7 days of changes. After delivery you have 7 days of unlimited changes within the scope of your package.
- Not satisfied? You pay nothing. If you are not satisfied after the review period, you do not pay and the store is not transferred to you.
- After approval and payment. Once you have approved the store, paid and received it on your own Shopify account, the payment is final and is not refundable, because the work has been delivered and accepted.
2. Custom projects with a deposit
For custom projects outside our packages, the price, any deposit, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms are set out in the written quote you accept before we start. The quote applies to that project.
3. If something we built stops working
If something we built stops working after delivery, we fix it free of charge as part of our support. This applies to what we built, not to changes made later by you, by other developers or by third-party apps.
4. Costs paid to other providers
Your Shopify subscription, your domain name, your theme licence, paid apps and advertising budgets are paid directly to those providers. Their own refund policies apply, and we cannot refund them. When we pay part of your theme (25% on Growth, 50% on Premium), our share is deducted from your invoice and is not paid out in cash.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@shoporastudio.com with your name, your store and the reason for your request. We reply to every request, and approved refunds are paid back with the same payment method you used.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
